Dave & Buster's Inc. in Coppell, TX seeks a Travel & Corporate Card Analyst to administer SAP Concur T&E, ensure policy compliance, and support employees across the organization. You will manage Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, Invoice), troubleshoot issues, and lead end‑user training.

You will develop guides and FAQs to improve adoption and accuracy. Collaborating with IT, Internal Audit, and Compliance, you will monitor daily operations and generate reports on card usage and expense

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in T&E expense, audits, or accounting.
• Experience with SAP Concur Expense/Travel/Invoice modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for SAP Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice).
• Resolve system errors and troubleshoot Concur issues.
• Manage helpdesk tickets related to SAP Concur.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and enable integrations.
• Lead training sessions and create user guides for Concur.
