Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group seeks a Senior SAP Concur Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end assessment, design, configuration, and rollout of SAP Concur solutions in Houston, TX. You will own stakeholder-led discovery, requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment planning in collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, and integration teams.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP Concur experience, deep knowledge of Concur

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Concur functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in Concur Travel, Expense, Request, Expense Pay, and corporate card integrations.
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and fit-gap assessments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder-led discovery workshops and document business requirements.
• Assess As-Is processes, including travel booking, expense flows, approvals, and localization.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business needs and standard SAP Concur functionality.
• Map requirements to Concur modules: Travel, Expense, Request, Expense Pay, Credit Card.
• Configure SAP Concur solutions in line with approved requirements and policies.
• Support and execute functional testing and UAT, including defect resolution.
• Identify license/BOM requirements (modules, user volumes, card feeds).
• Define integration scope with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, cost objects, card feeds, and middleware.
• Reproduce assessment deliverables: scope, fit-gap, effort estimates, and timelines.
