Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced SAP Concur specialist with 1–3+ years in Travel & Expense support. You will manage expense reports, travel bookings, and the related approval workflows while ensuring policy compliance.

Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, you will implement configurations, upgrades, and testing (UAT/Regression), produce reports and dashboards, and contribute to audit readiness. Salary range: $120,000-$130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1–3–5+ years of experience in SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) support
• Strong knowledge of Expense Management and Travel processes
• Knowledge of integrations with ERP systems (SAP/S4, HR systems, credit card feeds)
• Experience in incident management, defect fixing, and ticket handling
• Knowledge of change management, release management, and testing (UAT/Regression)
• Experience in user administration and configuration changes
• Understanding of finance processes (AP, reimbursement, compliance policies)
• Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and audit support
• Familiarity with integration error handling and data issues
• SAP Concur certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice)
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA
• Support end users in resolving issues related to expense reports, travel, and approvals
• Configure and maintain policies, workflows, and system settings
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Perform testing for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Monitor and resolve integration issues with external systems
• Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Ensure compliance with internal financial and audit requirements
• Provide training and guidance to end users
