Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Concur implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and customize SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules based on business requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, HR, payroll, and third-party applications.
• Configure expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, travel requests, and invoice processing.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and integration issues.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business users, finance teams, travel administrators, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
