Job summary

Compal USA Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to configure and support SAP Concur modules within our growing U.S. operations.

This onsite role focuses on expense, travel, and invoice workflows, with strong emphasis on data accuracy and cross-system integrations. You will collaborate with Corporate SAP teams and finance stakeholders to optimize processes, provide reporting, and ensure audit readiness across Georgetown and Taylor, Texas facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP Concur implementation and system administration experience.
• Experience configuring SAP Concur modules and supporting finance process automation.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP FI/CO, Accounts Payable, HR integrations, and financial workflows.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP Concur Travel, Expense, Invoice, and Request modules.
• Gather business requirements and configure expense types, approval workflows, policies, audit rules, and cost objects.
• Support system testing, user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.
• Maintain Concur master data and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate integrations between SAP Concur, SAP ERP, ADP, and related enterprise systems.
• Monitor interfaces, resolve integration issues, and document system processes and procedures.
• Partner with Corporate SAP teams on enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support spend analytics, budget controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
