Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Digital Product Owner - Commerce to lead SAP Commerce Cloud initiatives at our Richardson, TX headquarters. This 100% onsite role drives B2B eCommerce design and implementation, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver integrated SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, translating needs into functional designs, and overseeing testing and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP Commerce / SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience.
• Experience delivering SAP Commerce implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and eCommerce processes.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Commerce and SAP CX solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs and designs.
• Experience defining integration requirements between SAP Commerce and SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for B2B eCommerce.
• Define solutions for customer/account management, catalogs, pricing, quotes, carts, checkout, and orders.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into specifications and designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate requirements to technical teams and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Lead testing and UAT, including test planning and defect triage.
• Define integration requirements between SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP ERP.
