Job summary

TechDigital Group in Wilmington, DE seeks a Lead SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developer to drive architecture and delivery of Hybris extensions, product and variant management, and language/currency setup. You will own technical solutions, mentor juniors, review code, and collaborate across teams while integrating SAP with ECC/S/4HANA and third-party systems.

Strong Java/Spring, OCC, and headless Spartacus/React experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development experience.
• Strong experience with SAP Commerce architecture, customization, and development.
• Deep expertise in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework (Spring Core, MVC, Security, and Integration).
• Strong understanding of B2B commerce processes and sales models.
• Experience developing and consuming OCC APIs.
• Clear understanding of Hybris e-commerce modules: cart, personalization, catalog, checkout, order management.
• Experience with headless commerce architectures utilizing Spartacus and/or ReactJS.
• Experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

As a lead working on a SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementation, you will implement custom extensions, create and handle products and product variants, and implement language and currency management. You will independently drive developments in such SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations

Expectations and Tasks

• Design and implement scalable, highly available and user friendly web components for e-Commerce application using all the necessary development tools in Hybris
• Analyze/Provide technical solutions to optimize and improve the existing application functionalities
• Collaborate with the other team members throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor junior team members in Java and Object Oriented programming best practices
• Participate in the code review of the developed modules
