Job description

Client is seeking a Principal SAP Change Management Consultant

This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and playing a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. You will help define the project scope and shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading SAP Change Management projects. The candidate should possess the following skills:

• Experience managing Change Management in large-scale SAP implementations
• Experience with STMS/Charm setup and configuration
• Configure STMS for new systems and check configurations after upgrades and refreshes
• Setup Charm for new systems and workflows, maintain Charm landscape, and adjust change cycles
• Configure Managed System Configuration and perform Solution Manager setup
• Support system upgrades and adjust Charm configurations accordingly
• Experience with SAP Systems and Path to Production, including N+1 system setup
• Configure Charm landscape for N+1, enable/disable based on usability, and retrofit Transport Requests (TRs)
• Experience in Transport setup and management
• Setup transport routes, monitor buffers, and support transport movements for SAP and non-SAP systems
• Manage change documentation, support related activities, and facilitate change approval processes during CAB meetings
• Coordinate weekly and monthly SAP releases, validate transports, and monitor import processes
• Manage audit trails, support SOX compliance, and maintain process documentation
• Provide evidence for audits, perform live testing with audit teams, and ensure systems follow SOX rules
• Strong client-facing skills, effective communication, and presentation abilities
• Capable of managing large group meetings and coordinating onsite/offshore teams
