Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Tower Lead to own and oversee finance tower operations onsite. The role requires deep hands-on SAP Finance expertise, with leadership across global AMS teams, incident management, replication monitoring, and reconciliation activities.

You will drive service delivery and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure stable, compliant financial operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience.
Significant hands-on SAP Central Finance (CFIN) experience.
Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise.
Expertise in AIF, SLT, and MDG integration.
Experience with financial reconciliation and governance.
Experience managing P1/P2 incidents and SLA governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and Finance tower operations.
Provide support across SAP FI/CO processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO activities.
Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities.
Analyze and resolve complex SAP Finance and CFIN production issues.
Drive operational stability and proactively identify critical issues.
Monitor SAP SLT replication processes and resolve interface failures.
Coordinate governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Mentor global onsite/offshore delivery teams and drive improvements.
