Job Details

Role: SAP BW Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Job Description

• 10+ years of experience in IT analyst or consulting roles, with knowledge of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP BW, including business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery (configuration and custom development). Experience with SAP BW 7.5 and BW/4 HANA 2021 is preferred.
• Experience in data replication techniques between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Responsible for end-to-end support of BW, BW4HANA, and HANA applications to ensure SLA compliance.
• Mentoring offshore team members to resolve blockers.
• Deep knowledge of business processes related to BW, ECC FI, CO, PS domains, and familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with SAP development methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop complex SAP solutions and utilize formal testing tools.
• Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex solutions clearly.
• Experience in the consumer retail domain is preferred.
• Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and supporting SAP BW 7.5, SAP BW4HANA 2021, SAP HANA, SAP DataSphere, and Google BigQuery solutions.
• Translate business goals into feasible technical solutions, assessing their impact and optimization.
• Develop proof of concepts and maintain strong relationships with business, functional, and technical teams.
• Demonstrate industry-specific business process knowledge and strategic understanding.
