Ladders is seeking a SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administrator to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. The role supports administration, configuration, and governance of a global SAP BTP environment underpinning enterprise technology operations.

You will manage service entitlements, resource consumption, and transports while collaborating with SAP teams, Cyber Security partners, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure secure connectivity.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, advanced degree with 5 years, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage global accounts, subaccounts, and service entitlements.
• Monitor resource consumption and quota limits.
• Provision and configure BTP services across environments.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will support the administration, configuration, and governance of a global SAP BTP environment that underpins enterprise technology operations. The position will manage service entitlements, resource consumption, and transport activities while helping ensure stable, compliant platform performance across multiple environments. You will work closely with SAP teams, Cyber Security partners, and integration stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, maintain identity services, and support secure connectivity across the landscape.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage global accounts, subaccounts, and service entitlements
• Monitor resource consumption and maintain quota limits
• Provision and configure BTP services across various environments
• Administer Cloud Transport Management and manage transports
• Configure and manage Identity Authentication and Provisioning Services
• Partner with Cyber Security teams for compliance
• Support API configuration and troubleshoot integration issues

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, advanced degree with 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience administering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and supporting SAP S/4HANA landscapes
• Proficient in SAP Cloud Connector configuration and troubleshooting
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with SAP teams
• Familiarity with observability and system monitoring platforms
