Job summary

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Developer to design, develop, and support interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems in a fully remote role. You will implement integrations using SAP PI/PO, APIs, and data transformations while ensuring reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of SAP integration experience, strong knowledge of SAP Business Suite, and hands-on PI/PO work.

• Strong experience with SAP Business Suite integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO.
• Strong understanding of APIs and interface architecture.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Good knowledge of IDoc, RFC, BAPI and OData.
• Experience with XML/JSON and data transformation/mapping.
• Good understanding of integration patterns and error handling.
• Experience working with both SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP Business Suite systems and external applications.
• Develop and support interfaces using SAP PI/PO.
• Work with APIs, REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, IDoc, RFC and BAPI.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Develop mappings, interface configurations, message transformations and routing.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, performance issues and production integration incidents.
• Monitor interfaces and ensure reliable data exchange between SAP and third-party systems.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams, business users and external application teams.
• Participate in integration testing, UAT, deployment and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation for interfaces and integration architecture.
• Follow integration best practices, security standards and change-management processes.

Job description

• Basic knowledge of Java/Groovy or another programming language.
• Experience with cloud-based integrations.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, certificates and basic authentication.
