ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash function across SD, CS, MM, and related modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders and SAP developers to implement solutions, drive process improvements, and support upgrades.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years as SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application.
• Strong analytical skills with end-to-end O2C and contract management focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own Order-to-Cash processes for local SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and business apps.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and translate them for SAP developers.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and ecommerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for O2C, warranty, field service, and related processes.
• Collaborate with SAP regional centers of excellence and external consultants to resolve issues.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption and support SAP upgrades.

This position reports to:

Senior Manager, Business Operations

Own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. As a SAP Business Process Owner, you'll have full ownership of process development, implementation, and optimization across critical SAP modules. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams, you'll drive continuous improvement and establish yourself as the go-to expert for enterprise system solutions.

The work model for this role is: hybrid on site & working from home.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Order to Cash processes of local SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and business applications
• Work with internal customers to gather business and system requirements, analyze, and collaborate with SAP developers to implement new solutions
• Drive improvement of subscription and contract management processes in SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools
• Provide support for end users in Order to Cash, including but not limited to, warranty, field service, demand planning, repair workshop planning, manufacturing, and sales & distribution
• Provide technical expertise and work closely with team members to provide solutions to business problems or process improvement projects
• Escalate the issues and work with SAP regional center of excellence and global Support and outside consultants to resolve application problems/bugs.
• Identify strategies and implemented processes to prevent service disruption.
• Assist with SAP upgrade in testing and validation of the application and training end users Document business process workflow for current and future state and develop training manuals.

Qualifications for the role:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application
• Must have strong analytical skills with an understanding of business processes specifically in the are-as of end to end - Order to cash and contract management
• Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently with conflicting priority. Interact effectively with individuals in all levels of organization.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in English

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between

$100,500 and $160,800 annually and is bonus eligible.
