About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading Fortune 500 services company seeking a SAP IBP/APO Business Analyst to join their dynamic Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE). This hybrid role requires a sharp business-minded professional—not just a technical or functional IT resource—who can drive process improvements, streamline operations, and optimize the end-to-end supply chain strategy using SAP IBP and APO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a business process expert within the Supply Chain COE, leveraging SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) tools to drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and support supply chain planning activities, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams (e.g., operations, logistics, procurement) to identify opportunities for process enhancement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to recommend improvements in forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
• Partner with IT and functional SAP teams to ensure system capabilities meet business requirements, though the primary focus is on process ownership and business outcomes, not technical configuration.
• Support change management and training initiatives related to IBP/APO upgrades or new functionality rollouts.
• Champion best practices across the supply chain planning lifecycle, promoting innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SAP IBP cloud functionalities as well as legacy SAP APO capabilities to assist in modernization or system transition efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning roles, specifically utilizing SAP IBP and/or APO solutions.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping, process improvement, and operational strategy within supply chain functions.
• Proven experience working in or alongside a Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) environment.
• Deep understanding of integrated business planning concepts, S&OP, demand planning, supply network planning, and inventory optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives within a highly matrixed, fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; SAP certifications a plus.

• Hybrid work environment (2–3 days onsite required each week).
• Must be located within commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH
