Groundswell Corporation is seeking a US citizen for a business analyst position focused on SAP ERP solutions in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities include maintaining system integrity through Agile processes and collaborating with development teams. Candidates must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance, have 2-5 years of relevant experience, and be based in the DC Metro area.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen (no dual status).
• Active DoD Secret security clearance (or higher) required.
• 2–5 years relevant experience as a business analyst in an ERP environment.
• 1–3 years focused specifically on SAP.
• Experience in agile development implementation, preferably SAFe and/or DevSecOps.
• Must be local to the DC Metro area and willing to be on client site in DC up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP ERP system with Agile solutions.
• Identify and resolve design issues; participate in design reviews.
• Provide technical requirements to the development team.
• Conduct working sessions with subject matter experts.
