About the role

As a SAP BTP Technology Architect, you will make an impact by architecting and implementing integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), PI/PO, and SCP API Management. You will be a valued member of the SAP Integration team and work collaboratively with managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IFLOWs in SCPI with value mapping and various adapters (REST, SOAP, oDATA).
• Implement and manage integration scenarios using PI/PO including ESR and ID objects, ABAP and Java proxies.
• Develop and publish API proxies using SCP API Management and extend standard APIs from S/4 or SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on SAP integration best practices.

What you need to have to be considered

• Minimum 7 years of experience on PI/PO including ESR, ID objects, and proxy development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on SCPI including IFLOW development and value mapping.
• Minimum 1 year of experience on SCP API Management including API proxy development and publishing.
• Experience with SuccessFactor or Ariba APIs in SCPI and PI/PO.
• Proficiency in using various adapters (REST, SOAP, oDATA) across SCPI and PI/PO.

• Experience in extending standard APIs from S/4 or SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration flows.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
