Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is recruiting for a remote SAP BTP lead role to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end SAP BTP solutions for a life sciences client. You will drive architecture with CAPM, CDS, and Node.js, coordinate with business users, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in SAP tech with 5+ years leading SAP BTP implementations, and solid experience with SAP BTP services, UI5, and HANA DB.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BTP solution design, development, and delivery for a strategic life sciences client program.
• Define BTP architecture leveraging cloud foundry (CAPM) app development with node js, SAP Build, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Work with business user to capture requirements and documenting in JIRA.
• Should be able to design and develop the data model using the CDS and deploy to HANA DB.
• Should have strong experience, skill to develop using CDS Query Language.
• Should be able to develop the services using the CAPM Node.JS.
• Strong experience with HANA DB SQL, Stored Procedures and Views is desired with experience in tuning of the queries.
• Should have strong experience & knowledge on SAP BTP Services, Components like Destinations, Connectivity, XSUAA, EventMesh, Job Schedulers, MTA
• Should have strong knowledge & experience on SAP BTP Cloud deployment process / devOps process
• Should be able to design and walk thru the designed solution by comparing possible options, pros & cons of designed solution.
• Should have strong experience in App Router, Security, UI5 technologies.
• Drive development teams across integrations, extensions, workflows, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Partner with business, enterprise architects, and functional leads to translate business requirements into scalable BTP solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security, compliance, and life sciences regulatory requirements.
• Establish development standards, DevOps processes, quality gates, and release management practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to onshore and offshore development teams.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with SAP, hyperscaler, and third-party vendors to resolve technical challenges and accelerate delivery.
• Accountable for solution quality, performance, scalability, and successful business outcomes throughout the program lifecycle.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
