Candidates must have strong experience with SAP BTP, Generative AI integration, and cloud deployments. Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Extension Suite, Integration Suite, HANA Cloud).
• Development using CAPM / RAP, Node.js / Java, SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Experience integrating Generative AI / AI-ML into SAP processes.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop cloud-native applications on SAP BTP.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities into SAP business processes.
• Build enterprise-grade AI-enabled SAP solutions.
• Work with global technical teams & business stakeholders.
• Ensure security, governance & scalability.
• Drive performance improvements and reliability.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP

Development using CAPM / RAP

Experience integrating Generative AI

Knowledge of SAP AI Core

Experience with APIs, OData, REST

Cloud deployments on BTP

Understanding of S/4HANA / ECC extension patterns

Generative AI concepts – Prompt engineering
