Job summary

Korn Ferry is partnered with a client in search of a Lead SAP BTP Application and Integration Engineer to drive design, development, integration, and maintenance of custom applications across enterprise systems.

The role requires strong leadership, architecture, and hands-on experience with CAP, SAPUI5, SAP Build Code, and SAP Integration Suite, plus cloud platform expertise. On-site collaboration in a dynamic environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead BTP platform development experience.
• SAP CAP, 4+ years of experience.
• SAP Fiori / SAPUI5, 4+ years.
• SAP Build Code full-stack development, 4+ years.
• SAP Integration Suite, 4+ years.
• Experience with Node.js/Java/Python, HTML5/CSS3/JS/ReactJS, 4+ years.
• IAM / Identity & Access Management, 2+ years.
• Designs and deploys custom apps using BTP/Java/Python/.NET/JS.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP, ETL, queues, API gateways.
• SQL/NoSQL databases expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers within the partner team.
• Plan tasks, set priorities, monitor performance.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new members.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Translate business needs into technical specs.
• Architect scalable, secure custom apps.
• Ensure coding standards and deployment practices.
• Manage repos, version control, and deployments.
• Develop integration strategy linking apps to ERP/CRM/data warehouses.
• Design integration solutions using API Mgmt, ETL, ESB.
• Ensure data integrity, security and performance.
• Provide technical leadership on methodologies and tools.
• Participate in architecture reviews and status updates.
• Help with project planning and estimation.
