SAP BTP Consultant with CAPM / Full Stack Developer (UI/front-end focused) – SAP BTP CAPM

Location: Austin, TX

Employment type: Full‑time / Contract (W2 candidate only)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP CAPM Full Stack Developer with strong UI skills. The role will involve designing, developing, and supporting application solutions on SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into technical design and implement them in line with existing standards and system architecture.
• Support business and functional stakeholders with implementing an innovative solution in SAP S/4HANA / SAP BTP and related technologies using compliant methodologies.
• Build scalable interfaces cooperating with other internal or external technical teams.
• Build test options for technical solutions, using SAP's test methodology and tools.
• Create, keep up‑to‑date, and review technical documentation to guide internal and external users.
• Build front‑end applications applying local booking or standard SAP best practices, guidelines.
• Implement changes, bug fixes, and new functions based on business requirements.
• Convert stakeholders’ requirements into technical specification.
• Optimize and redesign old functions to improve business processes using SAP best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years full‑stack development experience in SAP BTP CAPM.
• Expertise in building extensions on SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP.
• Proficiency in CAPM, CDS, Node.js, HANA XSA and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with database management with SAP HANA or PostgreSQL within the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience with abapGit, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies like CTS+, gCTS.
• Willingness to learn Low Code / No code like SAP Build, Build Code.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on emerging SAP technologies.
