Job summary

You will partner with product owners, architects, and stakeholders, driving modernization while upholding security and governance. 8+ years of tech experience and strong leadership are required.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with SAP BTP and enterprise app development.
- Strong leadership of globally distributed teams.
- Proven ability to deliver cloud-native AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience with CAP, RAP, APIs and SAP HANA Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of enterprise apps on SAP BTP and AI capabilities.
- Drive agile delivery, risk management, and KPIs for programs.
- Mentor SAP BTP developers and engineers, including contractors.
- Collaborate with product owners and architects to meet business goals.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance across solutions.
