Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
10+ years of SAP experience.
5+ years focused on SAP BRIM.
At least two full-lifecycle SAP SOM implementations in architect/lead design role.
Experience with subscription/consumption-based models in high-tech/telecommunications.
Experience with large multi-year transformation programs and global scope.
SAFe or Agile delivery experience with distributed teams.
Deep knowledge of SAP SOM and related modules.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Subscription Order Management.
Define target-state designs for subscription and consumption-based offers.
Architect integrations across CPQ, SAP SOM, Convergent Charging, and related systems.
Translate requirements into blueprints, data flows, interfaces, and design decisions.
Act as design authority and resolve cross-workstream conflicts.
Guide onshore and offshore teams through build, testing, and defect resolution.
Identify risks and mitigate scalability and performance issues.
Support test strategy, cutover planning, and production issue analysis.
Advise leadership on trade-offs and roadmap alignment.
