Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a SAP-BRIM Implementation / Project Manager to lead the L2C workstream. The role is hybrid with on-site requirement average two days per week at an HPE office.

You will drive end-to-end delivery of the SAP-BRIM workstream, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders across onshore/offshore teams. Responsible for milestones, budgets, risks, and integration with S/4HANA, CPQ, CRM, and data migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM workstream within the L2C program, from requirements through design, build, test, cutover, and HyperCare.
• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and RACI, and keep delivery aligned to the broader L2C roadmap and dependent workstreams.
• Manage a cross-functional delivery team spanning HPE business and IT stakeholders, system integrator partners, and onshore/offshore development and testing resources.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing, including forecast versus actuals, change control, and clear trade-off recommendations.
• Own RAID management - surface risks and dependencies and drive closure.
• Coordinate integration design and delivery across SAP S/4HANA, CPQ, CRM, entitlement and fulfillment platforms, and data migration streams.
• Drive test strategy and execution across SIT, UAT, and performance testing, and govern defect triage and resolution.
• Plan and execute cutover, go-live, and HyperCare, including training coordination and stabilization.
• Provide executive-ready status reporting and represent the workstream in governance forums.
• Ensure delivery meets audit, SOX, security, and data privacy requirements.

HPE's acquisition of Juniper Networks is one of the most significant moves in the company's history, bringing two networking leaders together to build HPE Networking , with the ambition of creating the best networking business on the planet . This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program , responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform , replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide.

Workstream-Specific Details

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP BRIM workstream (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA) within the L2C program, from requirements through design, build, test, cutover, and HyperCare .


• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and RACI, and keep delivery aligned to the broader L2C roadmap and dependent workstreams.


• Manage a cross-functional delivery team spanning HPE business and IT stakeholders, system integrator partners, and onshore/offshore development and testing resources.


• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing, including forecast versus actuals, change control, and clear trade-off recommendations when priorities shift.


• Own RAID management - proactively surface risks, issues, assumptions, and cross-workstream dependencies, and drive them to closure with the right level of escalation.


• Coordinate integration design and delivery across SAP S/4HANA, CPQ, CRM, entitlement and fulfillment platforms, and the data migration streams supporting the combined HPE and Juniper portfolios.


• Drive test strategy and execution across SIT, UAT, and performance testing, and govern defect triage and resolution to exit criteria.


• Plan and execute cutover, go-live, and HyperCare , including business readiness, training coordination, and post-go-live stabilization.


• Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting and represent the workstream in program governance and steering committee forums.


• Ensure delivery meets applicable audit, SOX, security, and data privacy control requirements.
