Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a SAP BRIM FICA Principal Consultant. You will be a key player in the consulting team and a subject matter expert, contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and participating in the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. This role offers the opportunity to shape consulting solutions that help clients meet changing global needs.

Location: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson/Houston, TX, Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Indianapolis, IN, or Atlanta, GA, or be willing to relocate.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience per year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 7+ years of architect experience in FICA.
• Experience with at least five projects implementing Contract accounts (FICA) in Utility or High-Tech industries.
• Strong understanding of FICA- AP/AR and Dunning processes.
• Knowledge of Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration, invoicing, billing reversal, CC and CI integration, and customization of events in CI and FICA.
• Experience in SAP BRIM FICA finance and contract accounting, including gathering requirements, analysis, design, and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with FICA configuration of main/sub, payment hierarchy, clearing rules, dunning, security deposits, payment clearings, open item management, tax, installment plans, returns, refunds, and write-offs.
• Exposure to SAP FICA implementation, invoicing, FICA to FIAR integration, payment runs, and scheduling.
• Experience with prepaid and postpaid configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with tax and non-SAP systems.
• Understanding of Convergent Invoicing, Subscription order management, and SAP FICO.

The role involves extensive travel and requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Good communication skills via telephone, email, or face-to-face are essential.
