Job summary

Danta Technologies seeks an experienced SAP BRIM Business Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end usage data flows from Sales CRM/CPQ into SAP BRIM and ensure accurate billable-item creation. You will validate contracts, reconciliation of commitments vs usage, and testing across the CPQ-to-Billing pipeline in a complex billing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BRIM.
• Experience with Convergent Mediation and Convergent Invoicing.
• Experience with usage/consumption-based billing.
• Experience integrating CPQ/Sales CRM with SAP BRIM.
• Strong understanding of billing and invoicing business processes.
• Experience with SQL and data validation.
• Experience with functional/integration testing.
• Understanding of APIs, events, payloads, data mapping, and integration flows.
• Experience with AEM and/or SAP BTP integration testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate end-to-end usage data flows from Sales CRM/CPQ into SAP BRIM.
• Validate contract and usage records and ensure accurate billable-item creation.
• Perform commitment vs. actual usage reconciliation.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAP Convergent Mediation processes.
• Support integration with Convergent Invoicing.
• Manage and validate billable-item disposition workflows.
• Validate disposition requests from Sales CRM and support invoice creation/modification.
• Handle goodwill adjustments and composite BIT splitting based on business requirements.
• Ensure billing and invoicing processes comply with contract terms.
• Lead functional and technical testing across the CPQ-to-Billing pipeline.
• Validate event schemas, payload structures, mappings, and transformations.
• Test bidirectional event flows between Sales CRM and BRIM.
• Validate invoice-created events, BIT alerts, and disposition requests.
• Perform end-to-end event delivery testing, including timing, retries, and failure scenarios.
• Test threshold-based event triggers.
• Validate data transformation and mapping logic in AEM or SAP BTP adapters.
• Use SQL to validate source-to-target data and identify data discrepancies.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot integration gaps and timing issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams, and QA teams.
