Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks an experienced SAP BRIM Data Flow professional to design end-to-end data pipelines from Sales CRM to BRIM Convergent Mediation and Invoicing. You will configure mediation rules, validate billable item creation, and drive end-to-end testing across the CPQ-to-Billing chain.

The role requires hands-on BRIM knowledge (Convergent Mediation and Convergent Invoicing), CPQ cycle expertise, and ability to document data mappings, error handling, and test plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with BRIM (Convergent Mediation and Convergent Invoicing) and hands-on mediation/configuration experience.
• CPQ cycle expertise including contract terms and usage tracking.
• Knowledge of data transformation, event-driven integrations, and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate end-to-end data pipelines from Sales CRM into BRIM Convergent Mediation.
• Configure and troubleshoot Convergent Mediation and Invoicing workflows.
• Lead integration testing for CPQ-to-Billing pipelines including timing and retries.
• Validate event schemas and payloads between Sales CRM and BRIM; test bidirectional events.
• Create runbooks and operational documentation for mapping, failure recovery, and escalation.
