Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Mediation Engineer focused on Convergent Mediation (CM). You will configure and support CM, manage mediation zones, workflows, pipelines, routing, filtering and event processing, and develop Java-based mediation rules.

The role requires strong Java development, experience with high-volume billing data, and integration with SFTP, APIs, EDI and file-based interfaces, plus knowledge of CC/CI/FI-CA within Quote-to-Cash.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Mediation Zones, workflows, pipelines, routing, filtering, and event processing.
• Develop Java-based mediation rules, validations, transformations, and data enrichment.
• Experience with high-volume transaction and billing data processing.
• Knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Aggregate and integrate CM with external systems using SFTP, APIs, EDI, and file-based interfaces.
• Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across SAP FI-CA.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and production support for mediation pipelines.
