Job summary

Interior Specialists, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP BDC Integration Specialist to design and sustain data integration across SAP and Azure platforms, connecting SAP BDC to Azure Data Factory and eventual native Datasphere pipelines to feed Power BI.

The role focuses on building reliable data flows, CDS views, and secure connectivity, enabling analytics and AI/ML workloads with SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP data and analytics experience with hands-on SAP BDC and/or Datasphere.
• Experience configuring Datasphere as a data source and building native data flows and datasets.
• Exposure of SAP data via OData, REST APIs, or Open Connectors.
• Experience publishing CDS Views from S/4HANA into Datasphere.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory pipelines and SLA adherence.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills in Datasphere and HANA Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP BDC and Datasphere as the primary data source and data flows.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions across SAP and Azure.
• Expose SAP data via OData/REST/Open Connectors for downstream consumption.
• Publish SAP CDS Views from S/4HANA into Datasphere as extraction layer.
• Set up remote tables, replication flows, and data persistence layers.
• Ensure delta and CDC enablement for incremental pipelines.
• Manage authentication and secure connectivity between SAP BDC and Azure.
• Migrate ADF pipelines into native Datasphere data flows and transformations.
• Build Datasphere datasets and semantic models for Power BI.
• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, SAC).
