Job summary

Luzon Technologies Inc is seeking a senior SAP Basis architect to lead administration, lifecycle management, and operational support for SAP platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in SAP Basis and SAP HANA, plus hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP NetWeaver, and Oracle. A rotating 24/7 on-call schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior SAP Basis and SAP HANA support role.
• Strong hands-on experience administering SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver.
• Experience with installations, upgrades, patching, system refreshes, transport management, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and major incident resolution.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SAP HANA databases, AIX, Linux, and Windows platforms, plus backup, recovery, HA, and DR practices.
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, development, cloud, and operations teams.
• Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Basis architecture, administration, and lifecycle management across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Deliver operational support to maintain secure, resilient, and high-performing SAP platforms.

Success in this role requires deep SAP Basis expertise, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work effectively across infrastructure, network, firewall, development, cloud, and operations teams to maintain secure, resilient, and high-performing SAP platforms.

Required Skills:

• 8 or more years of information technology experience, including at least 5 years in a senior SAP Basis and SAP HANA support role.
• Strong hands-on experience administering SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver.
• Experience with installations, upgrades, patching, system refreshes, transport management, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and major incident resolution.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SAP HANA databases, AIX, Linux, and Windows platforms, and backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery practices.
• Ability to work across multiple technical domains and partner effectively with adjacent teams supporting infrastructure, networking, security, development, cloud connectivity, and vendor-managed environments.
• Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
