Contract Description

• Provide technical support for SAP S/4HANA, MDG, and related SAP environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Monitor and maintain system health, manage transports, and ensure security, compliance, and system availability.
• Troubleshoot system, integration, and performance issues in collaboration with functional, development, and infrastructure teams.
• Support system refreshes, cutover planning, and execution for projects and release cycles.
• Maintain documentation, follow operational standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP landscape stability.
