Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Administrator for a hybrid role with locations in Purchase, NY; New York City, NY; Morristown, NJ; Charlotte, NC; and Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP systems, HANA databases, and integration interfaces with in-depth technical expertise.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA with Solution Manager (SOLMAN), BW, and SAP RISE.
• Review and coordinate impact analysis on application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational aspects.
• Translate application requirements into technical architecture and system/server configurations.
• Contribute to decisions on hardware, network products, system software, and security measures.
• Automate processes in the SAP cloud environment, including GCP deployments and High-Availability Disaster Recovery.
• Support SAP systems on high-availability platforms, troubleshooting startup and performance issues.
• Perform L1 administration of Red Hat and SUSE Linux, with working knowledge of SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability clustering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing SAP systems, HANA databases, and integration interfaces.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, BW, and SAP RISE.
• Knowledge of impact analysis, technical architecture, and system configuration.
• Experience with SAP cloud automation, GCP, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, particularly Red Hat and SUSE Linux.
