Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and/or resolving software, operating system, and networking problems.
• Scheduling, performing, and/or monitoring system backups and, when necessary, performing data recoveries.
• Providing day‑to‑day technical support for all program applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years SAP Basis experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications.

Eligibility Requirements

• US Citizen (no dual citizenship).
• Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
