Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to build the systems where SAP meets AWS, extending our enterprise ERP with cloud-native services and AI tooling. You will own integrations end-to-end, writing ABAP and Python/TypeScript infrastructure code to ship production features across SAP and AWS.

In this role you will balance SAP engineering with modern cloud engineering, stand up APIs, data pipelines, and agentic AI workflows, collaborating with Finance and Tax teams to automate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP development experience (ABAP, HANA SQL, CDS).
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience delivering production workloads.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language beyond ABAP: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with AI tools integrated into engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP and downstream systems end-to-end.
• Develop AWS-hosted APIs and data pipelines that extend SAP capabilities.
• Build agentic AI tooling and workflows to automate Finance operations.
• Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure with CDK and multi-environment topology.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Tax stakeholders across SAP and AWS.
• Own production systems, including deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
