Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to build SAP and AWS integrations, write ABAP and CDS views, and develop AI-enabled enterprise tooling. You will own APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native components that automate Finance operations and extend SAP capabilities.

A hands-on role requiring SAP, AWS, and AI experience in a scalable cloud environment. You will collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Tax to deliver end-to-end solutions, maintain production systems, and improve

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP development experience (ABAP, HANA SQL, CDS views, BTP, or SAP integration technologies)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, DynamoDB, IAM, API Gateway)
• Experience writing ABAP inside SAP GUI and Python/TypeScript for AWS infrastructure
• Experience with IaC tools (CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation) in a team setting
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into engineering workflows (Claude, Bedrock, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SAP integrations with AWS and downstream systems
• Write ABAP, SAP HANA SQL, and CDS views to implement business logic
• Design, build, and maintain SAP APIs (OData, REST, SOAP) for external systems and AWS middleware
• Build and operate AWS-native services to extend SAP capabilities
• Deploy infrastructure using CDK and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Design, build, and ship agentic AI systems to automate Finance operations
• Build data pipelines moving financial data across SAP and enterprise apps
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Tax to translate requirements into solutions
• Own production systems end-to-end including deployment and monitoring
