SAP Ariba Account Executive – PREMIKATI
Job Summary:
As an Ariba Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients who use the Ariba procurement platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support while maximizing the value of their investment in Ariba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and drive sales-cycle opportunities from hosting discovery calls, through facilitation of application demos (leveraging pre-sales team-mates)
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Ariba solutions, guiding best practices and optimization strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and training to clients.
- Identify opportunities for selling and upselling Ariba features and services to enhance client operations.
- Monitor and analyze client usage data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments related to procurement and supply chain management.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, trends, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate problem resolution and ensure timely communication during any technical issues or service interruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the procurement or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of SAP Ariba and its functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
