Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba/FICO-P2P TPM (Technical Project Manager) Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP Ariba and SAP FICO (P2P) initiatives across the procurement and finance domains. This role will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, as well as hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and FICO modules. This role requires expertise in project management, process optimization, and configuration within SAP Financials (FICO) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of SAP Ariba and SAP FICO (P2P) solutions from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Requirement Gathering: Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Solution Design & Roadmap Alignment: Design end-to-end solutions and define roadmaps that align with the business's procurement and finance goals.
• Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Procure-to-Pay Lifecycle Management: Oversee the P2P lifecycle, from purchase requisitions and orders to goods receipts, invoice processing, and payments.
• FICO Configuration & Optimization: Support the configuration and optimization of FICO modules, including Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Project Systems.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure 3-way match compliance (PO-GR-IV) and financial posting accuracy across all P2P transactions.
• Finance Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams to streamline processes related to month-end closing, reporting, and audit readiness.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba and SAP FICO (P2P) modules, with a focus on procurement and finance processes.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing global projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP FICO (P2P), and related integration with other ERP systems.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, IT, and external vendors.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth system operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. PMP, SAP certifications (Ariba or FICO) are a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Project Systems modules within SAP FICO.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business requirements and changing technology landscapes.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions, particularly SAP Ariba.
• Understanding of financial processes such as month-end closing, reporting, and audit compliance.
