Job description

We are working with a leading US Building Manufacturer organisation and are looking to bring in a SAP Architect on a long-term basis, building a hands-on SAP Data Architect to help build a unified enterprise data model in Snowflake. The person will understand raw SAP manufacturing tables, extract source data through an internal tool, map business requirements to source data and write SQL transformations.

This isn't just a traditional SAP Architect position.

You'll be trusted to lead and influence key initiatives including:

• Raw SAP architecture - Understand tables, keys, relationships and appropriate data granularity; influence the foundation of enterprise reporting and AI.
• SAP extraction - working with the extraction tool referred to as “SP Glue” to move raw SAP tables into Snowflake; verify the exact product name
• SQL transformations - Personally building mappings and transformations, not simply hand designs to engineers.
• Cross ERP Standardization - Bringing SAP transactions into a consistent enterprise data model shared across different ERP systems

The environment includes:

• SAP
• Raw SAP Data Tables
• SQL
• Data Architecture and modeling
• Snowflake
• AI Tools

This is a fully remote contract opportunity for US Citizens. The process is also straightforward — just 2 interview stages.
