The Planet Group's client is looking for an SAP Analytics Solution Architect to join them on a direct hire salaried basis. This role will be responsible for helping various clients across multiple industries (Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, etc.) by consulting and providing exceptional SAP Analytics solutions to their challenges. The position is remote but the ideal resource must be comfortable with traveling up to 80% depending on the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment. Including changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined
• Lead engagements and deliver high quality services on time and budget
• Identify high-level risks on the projects, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project
• Lead and assist in business development initiatives along with supporting the development of the Business Unit positioning
• Manage multiple projects and teams at the same time

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have architecture experience and expertise in SAC, PaPM, or BW HANA
• Minimum 8 years of relevant consulting or corporate experience
• University degree (preferably in finance, accounting, controlling, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience
• Overall Project Lead and Solution Architect experience
• Proven ability to create dynamic and trusting relationships with clients, create and manage project plans and delivery schedules, oversee and coach delivery teams, and design high performing systems
• Deep experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations in SAP Analytics solutions
