Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an SAP Analyst to support and optimize SAP systems across manufacturing and supply chain in a fast-paced beverage production environment. You will ensure accurate data, stable performance, and alignment with plant operations.

You will work with production, logistics, and finance teams to design solutions, lead end-user training, and manage system changes from testing to deployment. A strong SAP background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of SAP functional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, WM, and/or SD modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and provide on-call support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support for SAP modules related to production planning (PP), materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM), and SD.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions.
• Analyze manufacturing and supply chain processes to design and configure SAP solutions that improve efficiency.
• Support daily plant operations including order management, batch processing, inventory control, and logistics execution.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to plant staff and supervisors.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to gather requirements and develop functional specs for enhancements.
• Perform system testing, UAT and change management for smooth implementations.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity for production orders, material movements, and warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with ASRS/automation, finance, and quality teams to align SAP processes with operations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP and related plant systems.
• Support audits and compliance with accurate controls and reporting.
