Job summary

Talan is seeking a data and AI transformation consultant to design and implement enterprise-grade AI workflows within client journeys, combining prompts, models, and decisioning. Design and implement document ingestion, vector embeddings, grounding and workflows; collaborate with functional teams to ensure governance, testability, and measurable impact.

This role focuses on problem solving, autonomy rules, audit trails, and drift monitoring to keep outputs reliable.

Qualifications

• Define human controls, autonomy rules, exception paths, and audit trails to limit consequences of incorrect outputs.
• Evaluate outputs with real test sets, measure accuracy, and instrument solutions to detect drift early.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover, and stabilization for AI-enabled scope.
• Work with functional specialists to understand the business process before automating it and produce documentation that support teams can use.
• Build reusable patterns, prompt libraries, and evaluation harnesses, then enable teams to understand the limits of the AI layer.
