Job summary

accel bi corporation seeks senior SAP ABAP developers to design, customize, and support SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA within a metrics-driven environment for city-wide SAP systems.

You will collaborate with the SAP Integration Team to analyze incidents, write specifications, and develop complex interfaces, leveraging utilities like ISPS, ISU/CCS, CRM, GRC, BW, BOBJ, EUNA, and BlueWorx/ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• Senior-level with 5+ years of experience in SAP metrics-driven environment.
• Develop and customize SAP systems for City operations.
• Support SAP Functional teams in troubleshooting and incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA.
• Handle Human Capital Management modules (benefits, payroll, time management).
• Handle Finance & Logistics modules (AP/OpenText VIM, assets, GL, MM).
• Cover Industry Solutions for Utilities (CCS, MyWaterSD, OpenText ExStream).
• Leverage newer tools (HANA optimizations, HTML5/Fiori, BTP sidecar).
• Optimize SAP-developed solutions for performance.

Job description

SAP ABAP Developers must be senior-level with 5+ years of experience in an SAP metrics-driven environment. They are responsible for developing and customizing the City’s SAP systems and supporting SAP Functional teams in troubleshooting and incident analysis. SAP systems in the City’s current landscape include: ISPS, ISU/CCS, CRM, GRC, BW, BOBJ, EUNA, and a customized BlueWorx Work Management solution leveraging the Neptune low code platform and ArcGIS framework. Developers will collaborate with SAP Integration Team resources to design and build interfaces. Resources must perform systems analysis, design, specification writing, unit test documentation, and programming activities involving complex applications.

• Human Capital Management: Benefits, SuccessFactors Learning, Organizational Management Forms, Personnel Administration, SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Time Management, Payroll, Environmental Health & Safety.
• Finance & Logistics: AP/OpenText VIM, Asset Accounting, AR, Treasury, Contract Accounting, Funds Management, Grants Management, Project Systems, GL, Controlling, Materials Management/Ariba, Inventory Management.
• Industry Solutions for Utilities: CCS, Device Management, MyWaterSD (SEW cloud solution), OpenText ExStream.
• Ensure custom developments use newer tools where possible (HANA optimizations, HTML5/Fiori, BTP sidecar).
• Optimize SAP-developed solutions for performance.
