Key Responsibilities:

• ABAP Development Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in ABAP development based on intricate functional specifications.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex technical issues promptly for users, partners, and colleagues.
• Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure clarity and transparency.
• Strategic Backlog Management: Lead in prioritizing and managing the work backlog to align with strategic business objectives.
• Strategic Collaboration: Foster strategic collaboration with business users, SAP consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration.
• Lead engagement with functional teams for optimal project delivery.
• Best Practices Advocate: Advocate for and ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and the organization's IT architecture.
• Advanced Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead the development and execution of advanced test plans, collaborating closely with functional teams to surpass acceptance criteria.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and new SAP features.
• Lead efforts for process improvement, automation, and optimization within SAP modules and business processes

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of proven experience as an SAP developer, with a focus on diverse implementations in SAP modules (Experience in high tech and semiconductor sectors is a significant advantage).
• In-depth and advanced knowledge of SAP development tools across various SAP modules.
• Mastery of SAP development life cycles and standards.
• Expertise in ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, CDS views, with extensive development and transportation system experience.
• Exceptional ability to comprehend and translate complex functional requirements into advanced developments.
• Proven experience in leading complex developments.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for effective leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities in SAP development processes.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support projects and solution requirements.
• SAP certification(s) in SAP Development is highly advantageous.
