Job summary

Procorp is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP S/4HANA Native Technical Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA developments. You will lead teams, design scalable solutions, optimize performance, and guide migrations from ECC to S/4HANA.

The onsite role in Irving, TX focuses on ABAP on HANA, CDS views, AMDP, and SAP Fiori integrations. Strong leadership and architecture skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP ABAP and S/4HANA development teams.
• Develop and optimize applications using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and SQLScript.
• Design and implement custom SAP S/4HANA extensions, enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
• Work with SAP Fiori, OData services, SAP Gateway, and REST APIs.
• Perform code reviews, technical assessments, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Lead ECC to S/4HANA custom code remediation, conversion, and migration activities.
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions with internal and external applications.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, security guidelines, and performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Prepare technical specifications, solution architecture documents, development standards, and deployment plans.

We are looking for an experienced *Native SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead* with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA development, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP HANA technologies. • Experience with BAdIs, BAPIs, user exits, enhancements, and custom development.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, and application extensibility.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies, APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and web services.
• Experience in technical design, solution architecture, code reviews, and team leadership.
