Job summary

N2P Systems seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and support SAP solutions in an S/4HANA environment, applying Clean Core and cloud-ready extension practices. You will work with ABAP OO, RAP, CDS, and OData V4, collaborating with functional teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions across the landscape.

This role requires strong debugging, integration capabilities, and a track record of delivering enhancements with BAdIs and user exits, while adhering to development

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP RAP in managed and unmanaged scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of CDS, behavior definitions, RAP business objects, and OData V4.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA development experience.
• Experience with CDS, AMDP, HANA views and optimized development.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core, side-by-side extensibility, minimal core modifications.
• Experience with enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and integration skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR/EAR considerations.

• Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, ABAP OO, and RAP.

• Develop solutions following SAP Clean Core and modern extensibility standards.
• Design and maintain S/4HANA applications using HANA-optimized data models and performance techniques.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop enhancements using BAdIs, enhancement frameworks, and user exits where required.
• Support integrations with internal and external applications through APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP RAP, including both managed and unmanaged scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of CDS, behavior definitions, RAP business objects, and OData V4.
• Practical experience developing applications on SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with CDS, AMDP, HANA views, and HANA-optimized development.
• Good understanding of SAP Clean Core, including side‑side extensibility and minimizing modifications to the SAP core.
• Experience with enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and integration experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to potential access to export‑controlled information or facilities subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web Dynpro ABAP.
• Experience with SAP BTP and side‑side extension development.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori / UI5.
• Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and other SAP integration technologies.
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Familiarity with business processes such as MRP, Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, or defense contract management.
• SAP certification in ABAP development and/or S/4S.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on SAP technical professional who can work effectively with functional and business teams and has strong expertise in ABAP, RAP, S/4HANA, CDS, OData, and Clean Core development.
