Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable Santa photo experiences for families. You will greet guests, engage with children, and capture holiday moments while providing warm, world-class guest service from start to finish.

You do not need prior photography experience to join; training is provided. Expect a fast-paced, seasonal environment with flexible scheduling and multiple perks including same-day pay and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable greeting families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available for training meetings and courses.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
