Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking Real-Bearded Santas to bring joy to the holiday season at our Fargo studio. You’ll portray Santa with a professional-quality costume and a natural beard, engaging children and families during photography sessions and seasonal promotions.

This seasonal, part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $50.00 per hour, with a focus on safety, customer service, and creating magical memories for every guest.

Qualifications

• Own a professional-quality Santa costume that meets company standards.
• Natural, real beard required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, childcare, retail, entertainment, or event experience preferred.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portray Santa in a professional, engaging, and authentic manner.
