Responsibilities

• Foaming and scrubbing of production equipment, floors, walls, etc.
• Work with pre-mixed chemical cleaning agents to clean, sanitize, and return production facility to operation.
• Sanitize all surfaces post-clean for production runs.
• Interior infrastructure cleaning of production and non-production areas.
• Participate in pre-operation inspections of the equipment.
• Help maintain a Safe and Food Safe environment through teamwork.
• Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias.
• Sweep and mop.
• Work closely with other team members to assure a good quality clean production surface.
• Assist other team members on the food production line.
• Maintain and follow GMP protocols.
• Wear provided PPE when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foaming and scrubbing of production equipment, floors, walls, etc. (wet clean) according to pre-determined set of procedures
• Work with pre-mixed chemical cleaning agents to clean, sanitize, and return production facility to operation
• Sanitize all surfaces post-clean for production runs
• Interior infrastructure cleaning of production and non-production areas
• Be responsible for self-check of work prior to official pre-op inspection
• Participate in pre-operation inspections of the equipment after the clean
• Help maintain a Safe and Food Safe environment through teamwork and proper food sanitation training
• Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias
• Sweep and mop
• Work closely with other team members to assure a good quality clean production surface
• Assist other team members on the food production line; teamwork is a necessity for completion of all projected work
• Maintain and follow GMP protocols
• Lockout equipment being worked on
• Wear provided PPE (personal protective equipment) when necessary or directed for the completion of work

Requirements

• Experience with cleaning commercial equipment is a plus, but not required
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions

• Ability to work in hot or cold conditions
