Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking Sanitation and Receiving Specialistto become a part of our Dining team to provide our residents with a dignified dining experience. Our current needs include:

• Full-time Benefits Eligible Position: working 37.5 hours per week Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.occasional weekends and rotating holidays are required.

Job Description:

As a Sanitation and Receiving Specialist, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Receiving food, beverage, and paper supply deliveries, per vendor delivery schedule, placing items in appropriate storage areas, rotating product first-in, first-out (FIFO), datinglabeling items, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Responsible for making food deliveries to other areas of campus using company delivery van.
• Cleaning dishes, pots and pans, equipment and work areas of the main kitchen, Terrace Café, and neighborhood kitchenettes.
• May assist with preparing, assembling, serving, delivering and/or setting up meals, as needed.
• Following all HACCP and food handling procedures to ensure proper food safety.
• Assistinginother areas of the department, as needed.
• Attendingmandatory in-service sessions and departmental meetings.
• Followingall safety and sanitation policies and procedures to include the proper use of all chemicals.
• Followingthe position’s job flows outlining job duties and time frames for completion.
• Maintaininga clean, organized work area.

Education and Experience:

• Valid driver’s license required due to makingdeliveries on campus.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to routinely interact with residents, families, team members and visitors.
