Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is hiring a self-directed Sanitation Worker in Eden Prairie, MN to help maintain a clean production environment. This full-time role offers a competitive wage ($22.00–$30.00/hr) and stable, around-the-clock operations.

You will operate pan washers, assist with equipment setup, manage waste, and keep work areas clean. Candidates should have sanitation experience and be willing to obtain forklift, scissor lift, and lockout/tagout certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift, scissor lift, and lockout/tagout certification.
• Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate pan washer.
• Pre-operation assembly and placement of equipment.
• Empty garbage and dispose of trash.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, periodically clean walls, offices, restrooms, storage areas and furniture.
• Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed.
• Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking sanitation solutions.
• Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner.

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Sanitation Worker to help maintain the environment where we produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.00-$30.00/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 10:00am-6:00pm.

Our Sanitation Workers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Load and operate pan washer
• Pre-operation assembly and placement of equipment
• Empty garbage bail cardboard, dispose of trash
• Maintain cleaning supplies, periodically clean walls, offices, restrooms, storage areas and furniture
• Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
• Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking sanitation solutions
• Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner
• Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Sanitation experience preferred
• Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift, scissor lift, and lockout/tagout certification
