In addition to washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, you will be filtering, cleaning fryers, and executing other cleaning tasks. • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
• Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher
• Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher
• Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed
• Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily
